Trackday is a vibrant community that fosters connections among car enthusiasts, influencers, and auto-related businesses. This innovative app empowers users to share their automotive journeys and experiences by showcasing their prized vehicles and effortlessly sharing content to attract new followers and collaborate with auto industry partners.

Yes! Your Trackday user profile serves as your digital automotive identity. It captures essential information, including your name, username, city of residence, and your automotive-related skills. Moreover, your profile enables your followers to explore your automotive journey, including the vehicles you own, and your social activity within the Trackday community.

The Garage feature provides you with a dedicated space to exhibit your collection of past and current vehicles. You can showcase your cars through multiple photos, list detailed specifications, highlight modifications, share memorable moments, and acknowledge the auto partners who contributed to your automotive passion.

If your make and model aren't available in Trackday's database, you can propose adding it by suggesting the details like the manufacturer, model, and year to the Trackday Administrator. Once approved, you'll receive a notification within the app's Alerts and Notifications area, allowing you to add the car to your garage. This benefits future users who can easily find and select the same make and model since it's permanently added to the database.

The social feed serves as the platform for you to share your automotive thoughts, discover popular car groups and events to join, and stay updated with the content posted by users you follow. Additionally, you can explore Trackday videos, events and special content.

Content shared in the social feed should align with Trackday's usage policy and revolve around automotive topics. Posts, images, and videos should be respectful and relevant. Non-compliant content may be flagged by users as inappropriate and could be removed by Trackday administrators without prior notice. Trackday reserves the right to remove any content it deems unfit for the app, without providing a specific reason. Users who repeatedly violate these rules risk permanent blocking.

Trackday's search features provide comprehensive functionality to find People, Cars, Groups, Events, and Businesses within the community

Trackday allows Premium Members to form public or private clubs, enabling like-minded individuals to interact and share content related to their common automotive interests. Clubs creators can list their location, making it easy for people to find nearby groups. Additionally, Instagram and YouTube profiles can be linked directly within club profiles, and events can only be created by a club

Your profile can be upgraded to a Premium Membership by going to Trackday.com.au/members and selecting the "Become a premium member" or when you are logged into the platform on your mobile device or desktop, click on your profile, and account settings to upgrade to Premium.

At this time, Trackday is limited to individuals and clubs only. In future we will allow businesses to create validated profiles and sign up as a business member of Trackday.

To delete your Trackday account, navigate to the "Settings" area in the top right-hand corner of your profile and select "Delete account." You can block a user or their posts within the app by accessing their profile or a specific post and selecting "Block User." You also have the option to block groups or hide them from your view.

You have control over your profile's privacy. By default, users cannot see your content unless you approve them as followers. Access the "Settings" area in the top right corner of your profile to change your account to a "Private Account."

Trackday encourages a fun, clean, and safe environment for all users. If you come across any content that you deem offensive, report it through the app. For complaints or further assistance, you can contact the Trackday Administrators at compliants@trackday.com.au
